Taiwan, East Asia

We're the kind of English teachers who like to do a lot work for charity, and Christmas in Taiwan is no exception.  Standing outside 7/11, shaking bells and singing 'Jingle Bells', we looked like we needed more help than anyone who we were raising money for.

The next year is all about 'last this, last that', so we spent our last Christmas in the most Chinesey hotel in Taiwan; The Grand, Taipei.  With the largest temple style roof in the world, it is one of the major landmarks in Taipei.

Wayne couldn't get enough of the hotel robes and the remote timer on his camera!!
With the stay in The Grand and 101 dressed up a Christmas tree, it was probably the best Christmas we've had in Taiwan.
